Our NY Based offices will be closed Monday, October 29, 2012, due to Hurricane Sandy.  Our sales & billing will have limited coverage via support tickets – live chat will not be available.

All server management, server monitoring & outsourced support services will continue to function, with staff members working remotely from home, and some of our US based workload being shifted over to our UK staff. Clients with dedicated staff members out of New York will be contacted directly with more information related to backup coverage.

Due to the large potential of flooding and power loss for our NY based staff, response times to support tickets may be higher than normal.  If possible, please hold non-essential or non-emergency support tickets for later in the week to help keep the support queues low.
